Q: Are there any costs to work with you such as fees or commissions?
A: There are no costs whatsoever. We don’t charge our clients any fees and there aren’t any commissions to pay. This is how we are different from the usual method of selling a home. We make an offer, and if you accept, we buy your house. It’s that simple. (And we often pay the closing costs as well.)
